Mr. Roda passed away Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born April 4, 1969, in Painesville, he had been a lifetime Lake County resident.

Toby was a 1991 graduate of the Citadel of Charleston, S.C., and was a life member of the Citadel Club. He received his master's degree in psychology from Georgia University. In his leisure time, he loved fishing.
He was the loving father of Kingsley Roda of Bamberg, S.C.; beloved son of Dr. James J. and Gretchen (Olsak) Roda; devoted brother of Christopher J. (Ha) Roda; Matthew J. (Maria) Roda and Holly A.
