Matt was my roommate Junior Year. I had just returned to The Citadel as a cadet from serving in the Army and Matt brought me up-to-speed on all the changes that had taken place. Matt happened to live not far from me in Springfield, Virginia, and I met his parents on a number of occasions. I found out that he died in a motorcycle accident shortly after it happened. Matt is missed.
